Service Terms & Payment
Clear expectations for every detail.
Scope of Work+
We will perform the services listed on the work order. Any added services or major changes to the scope may require customer approval and additional charges.
Estimate & Final Price+
The estimated price is based on the visible condition of the boat and the requested services. The final amount may change if additional work is approved or unexpected conditions require extra labor or materials.
Results & Existing Condition+
Detailing improves appearance and condition, but some oxidation, stains, scratches, water spots, fading, corrosion, wear, or prior damage may not be fully removable. Lake Mead Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects.
Access & Personal Items+
Customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the boat and work area and to secure or remove valuables and personal items before service.
Payment Terms & Late Fees+
Payment is due in full within seven (7) calendar days after completion of services. If payment is not received by the end of the 7-day payment period, a one-time late fee equal to 10% of the outstanding balance will be assessed. In addition, any unpaid balance will accrue interest at 2% per month beginning on the 8th calendar day and continuing until paid in full, subject to applicable law.

Zelle: 702-978-7878 (CL Services LLC). ACH / bank transfer and cash accepted. Cards accepted through Square; a 4% convenience fee applies to credit/debit card transactions. Checks payable to Lake Mead Detailing and mailed to 949 Huntington Cove Pkwy., Las Vegas, NV 89178.
Customer Approval+
Before work begins, the signed work order approves the services and estimated pricing, authorizes Lake Mead Detailing to perform the work, and acknowledges all terms and conditions, including payment and late-fee terms. Additional requested work or conditions requiring extra labor or materials may result in additional charges with customer approval.
